Reset it wasn’t an easy job, but Matt Cole and Tucker came to my home today and worked very hard all day and did an absolutely wonderful job. My new Boiler looks and operates beautifully. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Technician Abe was excellent. First of all, he showed up right on time, which I truly appreciate. He completed a thorough maintenance and full evaluation of my furnace and clearly explained each step of the process as he was working. I was especially impressed with the number of diagnostic gauges and tools he used to properly test the system. He also took pictures and detailed notes of any issues he found and made sure to explain everything clearly. Very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. I highly recommend Abe for furnace service and maintenance.

Pablo did an exceptional job with our new furnace installation. He was polite, informative, and thorough throughout the process. Everything was cleaned after the installation was finished as well. Northern One has a great feature where you get a text message when your tech is heading to your location, along with their picture and name so you know who is coming. They were also prompt in showing up and diagnosing the initial furnace issue and also with the installation of the new unit.

We came home from a vacation only to discover that our furnace was not working. January in Minnesota without a furnace is never a good thing! I contacted Northern One Hour late in the evening (nobody else even answered their phone at that late hour) and set up an appointment for first thing the next morning. Lucas Anderson was there bright and early! He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote and had it fixed and running soon thereafter. He was so kind, personable and efficient! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTHERN ONE HOUR HEATING AND AIR!!!!!! They helped us quickly when we really needed it.....They are wonderful to do business with!!!!

Bailey Nafziger was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He was able to quickly and efficiently dismantle and install the new system. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He explained everything about the new system as well as teaching me a few things about other components I had such as my air exchanger and dehumidifier and how to properly maintain and clean these which I knew nothing about. He definitely made this stressful situation much easier and did so in a quick manner. Highly recommended.

Working with Northern One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was a great experience! They were able to come out the same day my furnace died and get it going with a short term solution until they could come back and install a new one 3 days later. Jason, from Northern One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, performed extensive service on our furnace. His work, as always, was exemplary. He took the time to answer all my questions, thoroughly and honestly. He allowed me to use a coupon that saved us some money on the repair, as well. Jason made sure when the work was completed that I understood precisely what he repaired and answered my questions on the surge protector, collector box and rain gutter he installed on our furnace. I have used this company several times for different reasons. Every employee has been great to work with. Most recently, I have had Troy for the boiler. My house is over 100 years old and has a lot of things that Troy came out to clean the boiler and check the registers. The boiler needed a new part and Troy gave me an estimate on the cost before he proceeded with any work. He finished the work in a timely manner. He was courteous and friendly and was great to work with. I would highly recommend the employees and this company if you need work done in your house.

Another excellent experience. The office staff were helpful and pleasant is setting up the initial appointment. When Dalton came out for an inspection of our furnace and A/C, he confirmed what I figured was coming: our 33-year old units needed to be replaced. He explained all the issues in detail and made a second trip to our home to go over unit and payment/financing options with us. He was courteous, knowledgable, and patient with us as we weighed the direction we wanted to go. The installation team was professional and efficient, with the whole job taking about 5.5 hours. When the job was done, they cleaned up to the point it looked like they were never there. Finally, the office staff answered our questions RE: scheduling inspections with the City of Minneapolis. End to end, these folks are legit. They may not have huge billboards or TV ads on local news, but they check all the boxes where it matters. If you are on the fence about who to call, don''t be. I waited just over a month after having my new AC and furnace installed to evaluate their performance, and I’m pleased to say the results have been excellent. My previous units were 24 years old and clearly needed replacement. The new system is performing exceptionally well, where my home used to struggle to maintain cooler temperatures on hot days, it now remains consistent, with temperature fluctuations of no more than one degree. The installation was handled by technicians Jim and Randy, who did an outstanding and professional job. They answered all of my questions throughout the day and ensured the work area was kept clean and organized. The customer service team was also fantastic, responding promptly and professionally to all of my inquiries before and after the installation. Northern One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning has truly earned my trust and will continue to have my business for the foreseeable future.
