Qualifying systems are also covered by our No Breakdown Guarantee. If a covered breakdown happens, we take care of the repairs, up to $1,500 in total, for the life of the guarantee.

Terms & Conditions

Limit one $20.26 tune-up per system per season per household. No Breakdown Guarantee applies to qualified equipment and repairs with technician approval: Northern One Hour covers all repairs up to $1,500 in total cost through the life of the guarantee. Once the $1,500 in repairs is used, the guarantee is fulfilled.
