Price match is applicable only with like or similar companies. Price Match applies to eligible repair, replacement, or installation work and requires a current, itemized written estimate prepared for the same customer and property by a licensed and insured local HVAC, plumbing, or electrical contractor serving the same service area. Estimate must be dated within 30 days and submitted before work is authorized. Comparison must include substantially equivalent scope of work, equipment or parts and specifications, labor, permits and code requirements, warranties, service timeframe, and payment method. Excludes diagnostic and trip fees, maintenance and tune-up services, membership pricing, employee or friends-and-family discounts, coupons, rebates, financing promotions, bundled or free-product offers, clearance or liquidation pricing, online-only offers, and unlicensed providers. Competitor estimate and credentials are subject to verification. No cash value.
